Purple panties under the Lake Terrace Townhomes Bridge on Touhy

Looks like somebody lost something under the bridge.

UPDATE: (July, 29th, 2007 10pm) The panties are still there. I would have picked them up myself, but I didn’t have my biohazzard gloves with me at the time.
