New Vison in the heart of Rogers Park

Well, that’s what the banner says, but how about these better options:

New security cameras in every business

New police officers walking the beat 24/7

New police dogs to catch every drug dealer

New undercover police officers, because even I know who is, and who isn’t

Forget about a “new vision” for Rogers Park.

How about a new heart for “the heart of Rogers Park”, because the current one is obviously broken.

It looks like a warzone here.
